Quiz vs validated screener
A typical 'Do I have ADHD?' quiz has no scoring research behind it. The ASRS v1.1 was tested on thousands of adults and is used by clinicians as a first-line screen, so your result means something.
How the quiz works
Each question asks how often a symptom has happened in the past 6 months, from Never to Very Often. Some questions count at 'Sometimes', others at 'Often', reflecting how predictive each symptom is.
What you get at the end
You'll see your Part A screener score out of 6, plus separate inattention and hyperactivity scores so you can see where your symptoms cluster.
Use it as a starting point
A quiz can't diagnose you, but a positive screen is a good reason to talk to a healthcare professional — and the questions give you useful language for that conversation.
